EU GDPR Statement of Compliance
We have read the Information Commissioner’s Office guidelines for compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules. This document that follows explains how we comply. If you have given us your personal information (by emailing us or buying something from our website, for example) you should read this to reassure yourself that we are looking after your data extremely responsibly. We value the security of your information extremely highly and will never intentionally breach the rules.
The information we hold
Email addresses of people who have contacted us via our email address.
Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses of people who have placed an order on our website.
Like most websites, we collect information about your visit to our website, such as date and length of visit, in order to improve our service.
We NEVER share any of this information.
Upon request from a customer, we will delete their data from our website.
Lawful basis for processing data
People who email us with a query or request have voluntarily supplied us with their email address. We do not add this information to any kind of database or spreadsheet without first seeking their permission.
People who purchase a product from our website have the personal information that they consent to supply (i.e. postal address, email, name, telephone number) stored on our website. This is standard practice for purchasing online. This information will never be shared with a third party and will only ever be used to contact an individual about their order.
We have done everything we can to protect against this on our website and social media channels.
